does anyone know if there are any nokia 3510i data cables out to buy in the shops.

I should think an ordinary serial data cable would work on the 3510i.

Yeah you should be able to get them from markets, phone shops etc. expect to pay about £10!

I saw some bloke on another forum (was nosing for info.) who bought some for £3 each and is now selling them on another forum for £12 each.

Better to get from a phone shop than a market as a lot of them are home made (easy enough to do). At least at a phone shop you have some comeback if it doesn't work.

i dont remember seeing any in the shops, serial cables are usualy hard to come by for the 3510i, and the only ones i've seen are on the net.

Look on ebay much cheaper then shops...

ok, i know my cousin, and that will mean absolutley nothing to him :)
try translating it into a simpler language :)

He has a winzip style file compressed package etc... with lots of games in that will run on your phone if you upload them to it. :)

Give him your email to receive them :)

see, i understood it both times, but my cousin does'nt know what winzip is, what a zipped file is (to my knowledge) and he would'nt know what to do with them anyway, i'd have to show him :)

Just got my Nokia 3510i Data cable through today,
So I'm hoping to upload a few games tonight off my website and check them out to see what works and what doesn't...

Hey Azza, hope you get this.

My telecoms company near me does a data suite for the 3510i, which is basically the cable and software for you to mess about on. Manage your address book, and sms, that type of thing.

Anyway, go here, http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=MA-7660 and its just #19.98. They have 10-20 in stock as i write this.
