I sent 3 an e-mail the other day regarding the camera on my phone and a couple of other faults with it....
I have had the phone now since 20th December 2004 and in that time I have
noticed that the quality of the pictures that I have taken have got worse
and worse, to the point where the camera on my Nokia 3220 produces better
pictures. I have compared it to other E1000s in phone retailers and they
produce markedly better photos. There is also dust behind the screen even
though I have kept the phone in a case to prevent this, the centre joystick
sometimes fails to function correctly when it is pressed and lately the
phone has been 'freezing' and switching itself off. I did have the phone
repaired by yourselves because the microphone packed up about a month ago
and since it was returned to me the above mentioned problems have started to
appear.
I am not very pleased with this and am wondering if there is anything that
can be done to correct these faults.
Here is their response.
Thanks for your email, I have reviewed your case and have decided we will
exchange the handset like for like, I have requested a courier to come out
to your home address next Wednesday, they will collect your fault phone
minus your sim card which you will retain, the courier will give you another
Motorola handset where you shouldn't have any problems with. The courier
service works between the hours of 9-6pm. If you have any questions please
reply to this email or call us on the number below.
How's that for service?????
