Convert flash files

Does anybody know of a proggy that would let me change 'flash' files that I have saved onto my PC (like the silly clips that used to get posted up) into 3gp format so I can play them on my phone??

there is a proggy somewhere on the 3 site itself......cant be more specific as i lost all my links when i had to do a factory restore but i know its deffo there because i used it myself :)
