i use GPRS to access WAP. a couple of months ago i started reading my hotmail on my 7210 phone. i went on holiday for a month and when i returned i found i could no longer access my email this way. when you choose to log in, you're asked to choose the email address type (i.e. @hotmail.com, @msn.com or another email address). on selecting my email type (i.e. @msn.com) the page refreshes and i cannot proceed any further and subsequent attempts to select email type lead to the page refreshing again. is this a problem with my phone or with the msn site??
please can anyone advise as to how i can continue to read my email on my 'phone, as i have limited access to my PC.

many thanks in advance for your help

Can you access other sites on your phone, is Hotmail the only one playing up.

yes. all the other sites i use are still working without any problems. (except the o2.co.uk site which has always been a buggy nightmare.)

Sounds like the MSN site then, have they changed anything on their site like login details etc... or connection specific details that you need to add to the phone. Take a look on the MSN site at the following location for the Orange sign up porcess and also to contact their support department who may be able to shed some more light on this.

i've already tried this link. this is for the email by txt service. not the WAP service.

Junaid, i've been having the same problems with my Nokia 6610 (i live in the States - using Tmobile)..

I just can't sign-in. I also wrote to MSN Mobile's staff almost 3times now (i was asked similar questions that u were asked - i believe i also got the same staff member that replied to u).

They haven't been able to help me yet and keep telling me that either my phone is outdated (!?!?! its a 6610!) or that my WAP version is incompatible.. i don't know what the prob is but i'm in desperate need of help..

u got any ideas yet?!

dunno if its relevant, but with hotmail, you have to sign in once every 30 days or your account gets suspended.

Once you enter your email address hit options then go to NEXT, this'll bring up the next screen. The when you enter your password you have to open options again and hit SUBMIT.

Hope this helps...
