Can anyone tell me how to unlock this phone it is locked on to O2

We can't do the XDA II or any O2 phone for that matter, but their are places that it can be done, but your going to HAVE to pay for, theres no free places yet, my Dad had to do his XDA IIs TWICE because the first one was faulty and O2 replaced it with a new one, so it had to be unlocked again :(
