The vibrating feature can be turned off pretty easily through the menu system.

Go to menu option 3 Profiles

Then select option 2 Personalise

Then select option 4 Vibrating Alert and set to off...

That should work...

As far as batteries go...don't know I'm afraid.....welcome to the site by the way :)

You'd die if I told you.. :)

Well firstly I spend a lot of time here so I pick up useful stuff everyday......but the real reason I knew this is because I read the manual on the Nokia site :)

I know how you feel some of the manuals are so big you give up reading once you've managed to turn the phone on :)

sometimes its just easier having a fiddle around with the phone than reading the manual.

Hi Timy Toad, you want batteries?

http://cnb-host4.clickandbuild.com/cnb/shop/bww?listPos=&op=catalogue-products-null&prodCategoryID=6

Copy this link into your browser.

#12.99 per your 6210.

It ia a 3.6v Li-on 900mAh (super slim). And if that means nowt to you, take it from me, very slim, lasts ages.

I have a 1100mAh in my 6310i, the best there is, and when new with occasional use, last up to a full week!!

Let me know how you get on.

i always read my manuals. you'd be suprised what you can learn about your phone just by spending a little time reading it, rather than skimming over it. you might find how do to do some things with your phone that you did'nt know it could do :)

But they can't be used as Radar Detectors :)
