I was having probs getting my Lycos and Hotmail up on my phone, Gmail works fine and dandy :)

I cant get gmail working :( i've activated my pop etc. but still no go, i only use my @o2.co.uk with my phone.

Bunny if you've got the settings from the o2 site and it still doesnt work ... if it was me i'd format my phone, i do mine every so often, its just a case of backing up your contacts etc though :(

I have formatted the handset, i even had a replacement, but no matter what i try i cant get it going. My O2 sim is ok in other handsets so i guess when i get round to it i will try another network sim in it.

The settings that I have on my 7610 are these.... maybe they will work on your NGAGE as both phones are Symbian. I am using O2.

Mailbox name = GMAIL
Access point in use = O2 MOBILE WEB
My email address = *********@gmail.com (your gmail addy)
Outgoing mail server = smtp.gmail.com
User name = ********@gmail.com (your gmail addy)
Password = ****** (your pw)
Incoming mail server = pop.gmail.com
Mailbox type = POP3
Security = ON (Set to SSL)
APOP Secure login = OFF

no i mean my accounts ;) my o2 and gmail dont work just keep getting connection timeout, its only been since i downloaded new gprs settings
