Firmupgrade ?

Hi guys,

6600 not locked at the moment, but;
I am planning a firm update from 3.4? to 5.**
This can be done at a service centre.

My question is: (the 6600 may be locked again after the upgrade) is this TRUE?
If so i will return to advice.

Wonder to, if the max 5 times of unlocking code input then is reset to 0, after upgrade??.
(Because got my phone 2e hand, and cant tell if tried xxx times already.

Hope you understand what i want to bring up,
I am from the netherlands btw.

Check with the service centre when you take the phone in.

I know that when Motorolas are flashed with new flexes they sometimes re-lock. I don't know if this is the same for Nokias.

I will ask.

But dont think the respond of resseting code entre`s will be reset also.

Firm updated to 5.27 was 3.42.
Still simfree the gave him back.

The Nokia PHH1 handsfree did not let the voice hear from navigation.

After the upgrade it was fixed, working perfect.
