Thank You for your help but for some reason it isn't doing anything when I put the code in and I double checked all codes.Regards Jessica

have you entered the code correctly without the sim in?

follow this and you should be ok.....


HOW TO ENTER THE UNLOCK CODE/S IN THE PHONE:
- Remove the SIMCARD
- Press #
- Press * 3 times ( get p)
- Press * 4 times ( get w)
- Press * 2 times ( get +)
- Enter the code we supplied
- Press * 2 times ( get +)
- Press lock digit (it´s +1 or +7)
- Press #
If it says RESTRICTION OFF or SIMLOCK OFF, the code has worked and your phone can now be used on ANY NETWORK!!!

I did all that.......I only got the phone this morning from ebay,the seller told me the sim lock was on o2,I tried my voda sim just now, just incase it did work and it did,so problem solved!! Thank You very much to all the people that helped me x x x
