Hi,

Thanks for the speedy reply. I have tried the code you gave me but with no luck (i am in UK / using o2 uk). The phone is a contract so i was surprised that it was loaded in the first place. Any other suggestions?

best wait until nick or daz come on later today they will be able to help more.......are you sure its deffo locked? have you tried another sim card in it?

Ok, will do. I have tried an orange sim card but it is not accepted. I'll maybe try a different sim card incase it is a problem with the actual sim.

My 7610 was on O2 as well (ex-contract phone) but it wasn't locked.

Will get the code as soon as I can find where my code calc has gone to :confused:
