Thanks that's great, but Although I've taken out the sim and tried to enter the PW+ etc all I get are numbers no letters. How do I get around this.

follow these instructions and you will be ok........

HOW TO ENTER THE UNLOCK CODE/S IN THE PHONE:
- Remove the SIMCARD
- Press #
- Press * 3 times ( get p)
- Press * 4 times ( get w)
- Press * 2 times ( get +)
- Enter the code we supplied
- Press * 2 times ( get +)
- Press lock digit (it´s +1 or +7)
- Press #
