Hello.
This is my first post so forgive me if this topic has already been covered. I have a Nokia 6310i with a very annoying problem.
The phone randomley delets numbers from the Dialled list.
e.g. if I make a second call the previous number dialled is deleted.
I drive a lot so I use a Bluetooth head set from which I can re-dial the last number. But i am never sure if it is the last number being re-dialed.
Hopefully the above makes sense.
It is still under guarntee and Auto Audio have tried to fix it twice. Each time it took exactly a month. They just seem to change the phones with somone elses. So i went from a silver one to baige then now black.
It has the latest software.
Otherwise it is a great phone.Any help much appreciated.

if they've changed it twice, so you've been through three different phones, i'm beginning to think this could just be standard for the 6310i to do this. I will admit it sounds strange and i can't think of why it would do this, but it appears to be a problem with all of them. Try contacting Nokia and ask if anyone else has had this problem or if they will fix it for you personally as apposed to this 'Auto Audio' place you talk about.

After much investigating apparently the problem is the softawre.I have the latest (5. something) but this does not work on all 6310i's.I need to replace it with an older version.Nokia service centers say they can't do it but as the phone is still under warrenty i don't want to pay for it.

Any ideas on how i can install the older software for my phone?
