T3 installation

I have been using a palm 3 for years now and when I got my new T3 yesterday I just installed the software from the CD rom and got all my data on the T3. that was great however I also got a lot of now useless apps which I now have read could be messing so of my main apps up. is there any way I can go back to square one and wipe the T3 clean so that I can start again with an installation of just my data.

on many PDA's etc there is a master re-set switch on the back to re-boot it, and a main power switch on the bottom or somewhere like that that you have to flick across with the stylus the first time you use it. If you flick this off and on again it will perform a factory re-set and it will be just like new.
