new nokia 810

I just got new nokia 810 car phone. When I inserted the SIM card, it got excellent signal for 5 seconds only, then it disapeared. I tried to do network search manualy but it always says ACCESS DENIED when I selected any network. Does it mean that this phone is locked or it is faulty. If it is locked how can I open it.

not sure to be honest.
I'd suggest taking it back to where you bought it and questioning them about whether or not it's locked to any network etc.
From what I can tell the 810 functions very similary to standard Nokia 30-series phones (i.e. 3210, 3310, 3410 etc.), so it should be fairly easy for them to solve.
