This phone with Cingular replaced my older Simens Pocket PC I owned with T-Mobile. SX66 advantages are Bluetooth, Wi-fi, updated OS, slide down keyboard & a better screen & design. Also, for me, the Cingular network provides better connectivity; fewer dropped calls. The negatives are that it is very expensive, no good cover is provided, your phone data might be stollen when using Bluetooth, the slide out is rather small & difficult to use with a cover, no accessories are available and as most PocketPCs, it's bulky. Also, tech support from Cingular is not 24 hrs. and is horrible; they do not have separately trained tech support people for PocketPCs as does T-Mobile. If you don't want to use supplied manuals and CDs to figure how to use this phone from Cingular, or are concerned with the negatives mentioned, think twice about buying it. If you really need a combined phone/Ipaq type device, but don't need the Bluetooth and/or WiFi, a first generation PocketPC may be much more affordable.
