Hi,

I'm currently having a problem with my Samsung D500, after turning the phone nothing works, none of the keys work??? Is there a code of something out for this kind of error?

It may have been damaged by condensation, I was talking to another person in a different website and they said by replaceing the lcd ribbon may solve the problem, is this true? If so, is replaceing the ribbon easy to do?
