Angry with One Stop !!

Does anyone in here work for One Stop - if so maybe they could explain why they never acknowledge emails?? They invite you to email various addresses if you have any problems and then ignore your emails :angry:

If you ring them up they will contradict eachother, tell you a load of rubbish and speak to you like ****.

NEVER EVER AGAIN will I order a phone from One Stop Phone Shop. I am absolutely fuming. :mad:

sorry about your problem though my advice is to ring up again and record it because if they are talking to you like **** then once the call is over i would be off down to onestop hq to ram the recording down some little oiks throat :)
