Help with T100

Can anyone help me. I have a Samsung T100 and when it's closed it doesn't ring but goes straight to my answer machine. When it's open it rings normally. It's driving me nuts and I don't know whether it is a problem with the phone itself

i's say yes it is a problem with the phone itself, and it sounds like the auto-flip is on the blink.
if it's 12 months old or less you should be able to get this fixed under the warrently (just take it back to where you bought it and explain) but if it's over that amount of time and you dont have insurance then you'll have to pay to have it fixed.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I bought it from a friend. It was brand new but I will have to pay to get it fixed. At least now I know what the likely problem is. Thanks again
