problems conecting to pc please help

got a usb data cable connected to my t610, installed the se pc suite, but then the mobile phone monitor program starts playing up, there is a flickering phone icon on the tool bar, and then my pc has to be restarted cos its frozen. what can i do /use???:pissed:

check what version of windows (if your even using windows) the software supports. If it does'nt support XP for example and thats what your using then that might explain some of it.
