code problem nokia 6230

can anyone please help
have a nokia 6230 which wont work
no matter what sim card i put in it keeps asking for a security code which i dont have.
tried unlocking but that doesnt work, just comes up with code error.
my mate just got it off ebay. was told it open to all networks and got all codes with it.

Well you should overright the code and you should contact your sevice provider for the code. but what is your service. And what is your imei code that will be on the back of the phone.
