One day about a month and half ago i got through my bank statement to be suprised to find on there a charge for £16.48 for something i didnt even order or recieve. So typed in on my web browser WWW.DATAKITS.CO.UK and hit there Contact Us tab on there website,, lol suprise suprise they have no company phone number to ring and speak to them so i kept my patience and write them a normal polite email just explaining what had happened to me and asking them if they could please just refund my £16.48 back to my credit card and some Harry bloke emailed back from DATAKITS.co.uk and said no problems he would refund this a.s.a.p. Ok week later i still didnt recieve my refund so i emailed them again for them to email back saying sorry this should of been done last week and they will get the money refunded to my account a.s.a.p. Ok its now a month and a half later and still no refund from this DATAKITS.co.uk even though i have kept calm and all my emails been kept polite. Ok i now have the address of this DATAKITS.CO.UK place and when im next down that end i will pop in there and personally myself find this harry bloke and show him how pi~~ed of i am with him. People i warn you do not order from WWW.DATAKITS.CO.UK
