can anyone tell me how come i always get white lines across the screen when i have the camera on and ready to take a pic .

Sometime re-flashing the phone can solve this problem, I've heard of it on other phones.

how do you re-flash the phone ??

Generally you take to a service center, or use a cable and the flash software for the phone released by the manufacturer.
