I have another questions...
When I unlock my phone, it said "SIM Restriction Removed", does it mean it only removed the SIM Lock not the SP lock?? or is it removed as well?? Do I need another code for it??

only the network lock has been removed
fido in canada, orange, in the uk and voda in the uk all require level 2 lock codes

if diesel doesn't know how to calculate these, feel free to pm me
however, i don't offer them free

As this is not vido it should only need lock one removed to use other networks

me and my buddies have tested networks all over the world as we get a lot of customers
all networks close lock 1
orange uk, voda uk, and fido canada close lock 2 as well

Thanks for the info Fusion, the network above is Microcell Connexions Inc. also virgin uk use lock 2, and currently it`s only vodafone payg, the contract vodafone are lock 1 only

I got the unlock code (above) to unlock my 8290, but when I insert a Fido SIM card, it doesn't work, what can I do????
