Please Note: Important Information about the MyMob App Dec 2019
We have had several people who have reported issues with the MyMob mobile app. Due to technical upgrades outside our control, the App in its current version is unable to accommodate new phones and operating system changes. We have advocated hard to funders to keep the MyMob app up and running for many months now. Unfortunately, we have not able to source the funds needed for updates that are desperately needed. We will continue advocate for this vital support, which we know supports so many parents and children.
We are in contact with current App users, however if you require support we will respond as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, some new users will be unable to access the App. For those using MyMob as part of Parenting Orders and are having issues we can only suggest that you contact your local MP or the Attorney-General’s department; https://www.ag.gov.au/About/Pages/Contactus.aspx and let them know how MyMob supports your circumstances and your safe communication and connection with your children. Tell them it is an important resource that urgently requires their investment.
